The "The Business Community Engagement Collaborative (BCEC) is a network launched by ChamberRVA and the Community Foundation for a greater Richmond in 2021. Since that time, United Way of Richmond & Petersburg and InUnison have joined as partners. This initiative connects community-minded business professionals for relationship building and sharing best practices in volunteer engagement and philanthropy.

Designed to support individuals interested in leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs within their businesses, it also caters to newcomers in community engagement roles and business leaders looking to strategically involve their employees in the community. The network meets quarterly for learning opportunities, helping us collectively build a stronger and more vibrant Richmond region.
